The Parent Academy: is a product established by the Harlem Partnership Center in 2001. The purpose of the Academy is to train parents in a environment were creative methods in technology, entrepreneurial development, parent empowerment, computer training and career development come together to assist parents in the education of their children.

U.S. Department of Education: 21st Century Learning Centers, New York City Board of Education grant designed to improve reading and math scores of elementary students (4th - 6th grades). HPC has designed a parallel program for parents to coincide with the curriculum of the students. This program is demonstrating parallel teaching between parent and child. Computers are provided to the parents for home use. Parents are instructed in computer operations, Internet and Microsoft Office suite. The grant is for three years.

Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone: Program designed to provide basic business workshops to empowerment zone residents. The basic program consists of 12 hours of business training in the following areas: legal aspects of business, marketing, business plan, raising capital and employee management. HPC has been providing these workshops to UMEZ for four years. It has developed and published with Columbia University and City College a manual entitled "Translating Your Vision into Success".

Senior Tek : This program aims to bridge the gap between senior Americans and technology by providing opportunities to explore the emerging media of the Internet. Participants are exposed to the basics of word processing on a PC, web navigation and emailing.
